Likely the same issue as bug 144598.

You can either (1) go back to 7.1.5; or (2) manually edit configuration in user profile to disable Skia, and use 7.1.6 without Skia, see https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=144598#c2 for how to do it.

Now I installed Libreoffice 7.1.5 on Windows 10 21H2.

I have installed Libreoffice 7.1.6.2. on Windows 10 21H2.
This is different computer:
Intel core i7 6800k
Supermicro X10SRA (C 612 chipset)
32 GB RAM
Nvidia GTX 970
2 * 512 GB SSD Samsung 850 PRO

With 7.1.5 or after having applied https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=144598#c2, does it work?
Comment 4 Armin Mohring 2021-09-23 12:34:45 UTC
On the low end computer (Intel n3150)
The installation of Libreoffice 7.1.5.2 went fine and
the programs (LO) starts as expected.

Should I post some more info here ?

Ok LO 7.1.5 works well for you.

But does LO 7.1.6 work well by applying what Ming indicated here https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=144663#c1 ?
Comment 6 Armin Mohring 2021-10-15 16:58:43 UTC
Libreoffice 7.2.2.2 now works as expected.
Comment 7 Julien Nabet 2021-10-15 17:05:39 UTC
Since there's no specific fix, let's rather put WFM then.
