test file for repro with instructions

Steps to repro:

1) Open attached test file

2) Delete all tables one at a time

3) Undo each deleted table

4) Examine the table name after undoing deletes by right click in table and select Table Properties… or click in table and look at the highlighted table in the Navigator.

Results: Table names are not the same after undo.

Expected Results: Table names are restored as well as the table.
