Please comment on bug 85976 which is requesting that Remove Duplicates be added to Calc. Also, since your company has 700 people working with LibreOffice I would advise them to contact Collabora Office to get proper support. You might even get them to implement this feature for you.
First of all, to have actionable requests (resolve after submitting a patch) it's advised to file one request per ticket. Second, I disagree with bundling 3rd party extensions because responsibility of maintenance goes towards LibreOffice and too many extensions bloats the package. But I guess you can easily build your own package and pick all needed content individually.
