Description:
Program Just would not start or open using open document direct from folder so deleted as advised and reinstalled version 7.0.6 and version 7.0.6 Helpack which was back working as previously did?? Did all as requested in instructions as I have with all versions I have used previously including a restart of computer. No error message or fault reports version 7.1.6 just would not work??

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:
installed new version 7.1.6 as recommended but it would not work

Expected Results:
still would not work

likely the build issue of bug 144598

does disabling Skia rendering (safe mode boot, or via profile stanza [1]) launch?

if so, patched for a 7.1.7 release, or available now in the 7.2.2 rc1 build
