Description:
Textbox in caption frame wrongly positioned after DOCX export

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open the attached file
2. Save as DOCX
3. File - reload

Actual Results:
Notice caption frame & text frame being split

Expected Results:
Inside the caption frame


Reproducible: Always
