I confirm it with Version: 7.3.0.0.alpha0+ (x64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 56883788d0090383dad58552f5a11044ffe64a44 CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19043; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI: en-GB Calc: CL Changing spacing to defalut values (1, 1.15, 1.5 and 2) works but no effect with fixed values.
It's still happened with Version: 7.4.0.3 (x86) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: f85e47c08ddd19c015c0114a68350214f7066f5a CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 6.1 Service Pack 1 Build 7601; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: zh-CN (zh_CN); UI: zh-CN Calc: threaded
