Screencast

Apparently Window size does matter, 140% does work at maximum size and windowed. 130% only works at Windowed mode (not maximized)

Bibisect log (attempt)

The issue became maybe more obvious in 5.3 branch.. However it's already present in 4.0 (possibly at different places)

1. Open the attached file
2. Scroll down/up
3. File reload -> Notice the movement

Telesto, I'm sorry, but I can't see anything strange in your screencast and also not in the provided document.

This is same screencast with avidemux (of the previous screnencast. Here can see the wiggling in slow motion).
And that the font toolbar & bottom toolbar are changing (didn't see that either). I speculate this being caused by the bottom toolbar
Comment 7 Telesto 2021-10-23 07:51:57 UTC
It's actually caused by the bullet & numbering toolbar at the bottom. The issue vanishing when making it floating

Feels somewhat similar to: bug 142458 / Bug 143646
Comment 9 Telesto 2022-05-10 06:09:32 UTC
Another way
1. Open attachment 160502 [details]
2. CTRL+A
3. CTRL+X
4. CTRL+V
5. Scroll up & select the shape on page 1
6. The spacing between Title 1.2 & the text changes

Still can't see any change.
Comment 13 Stéphane Guillou (stragu) 2022-11-18 13:36:06 UTC
Reproduced in:

Version: 7.4.2.3 / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 382eef1f22670f7f4118c8c2dd222ec7ad009daf
CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 5.15; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: en-AU (en_AU.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

But not in:

Version: 7.5.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 45d1fca81991f0d6837c98d6be6fe0d21d566fa5
CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 5.15; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: en-AU (en_AU.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

Same with steps in comment 11: looks fixed.
