Description:
Image frame & content split when dragging frame outside table & partly off page

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attachment 164237 [details]
2. Pick up image frame and drag 50% of page

Actual Results:
Frame and content split

Expected Results:
One piece

but the split is between selected area and object (see screenshot)

Additional observations
- it occurs, if anchor (to character) changes to a character outside the table
- it doesn't happen, if you move achor itself

Correction:
It occurs, if anhor jumps to another paragraph (doesn't matter, if it is inside or outside the table)

Telesto, can you confirm the behaviour?
