Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 166963 [details]

Actual Results:
220 seconds to open with 7.3
90 seconds with 6.1



Expected Results:
60 seconds


Reproducible: Always

Only scouting the terrain: Same file except show comments & track changed disabled. 

-> Improves opening time. 90 seconds or so (no exact measure) for 7.3 still 60 seconds at 4.4.7.2
-> Turning on Show Track changes is pretty expensive (slow) in 7.3 better in 4.4.7.2

(Auto)Saving the file doesn't win awards either, might be connected to opening/or slightly different (not totally exact measures, didn't use time command)

48 seconds with 7.3
40 seconds with 4.4.7.2; 
30 seconds with 3.5.7.2

Memory usage can be discussed about
398 mb after file open 7.3 x64
188 mb with 4.4.7.2 (x32). x64 might consume 80mb more. So 270 mb. 

I do notice a drop in usage from the 398 mb after saving.
