Description:
A text string, number string or formula in the LO Calc formula bar cannot be highlighted properly when clicking and dragging to highlight the content. This appears to apply to left to right and right to left click and drag but does not happen all the time. A black circle with a black line through it appears and the highlighting switches to following the cursor even when the click is lifted and acts almost like an insert key stroke. When clicking again with the highlight overlay following the mouse pointer, it places the cursor at the location of the click and the highlight overlay disappears. 

From what I can tell this appeared in the previous 1 or 2 versions of LO Calc but definitely wasn't present before. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter formula, numbers or text in formula bar
2.Highlight content from left to right or right to left
3.A circle with a line through it is displayed and text stops highlighting

Actual Results:
A circle with a line through it is displayed and text stops highlighting correctly, the black highlight overlay follows the cursor when the click is lifted and any attempt to edit or remove the data malfunctions

Expected Results:
Highlight formula bar contents following the click and drag system
