Description:
I inserted a picture in the document. After it I wrote a symbol. When I deleted the symbol, then a picture deleted also.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Insert a picture in the document
2.Write a symbol
3.Delete symbol

Actual Results:
Picture delete and symbol delete

Expected Results:
Symbol will delete, picture will not delete


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes


OpenGL enabled: Yes

Steps that I took:
1. Opened a new document in Writer
2. Inserted a picture in the document
3. Wrote a symbol
4. Deleted the symbol

When I deleted the symbol, both the symbol and the picture got deleted.

This only happens, if the picture is anchored to character or paragraph. It might not be a bug. Have to investigate.

Bibisected the change with linux-64-6.4 repo to
https://git.libreoffice.org/core/commit/28b77c89dfcafae82cf2a6d85731b643ff9290e5

Based on what is talked about in bug 121300 this is the intended behaviour.
