Description:
Hi, I recently updated LibreOffice to version 7.1.6.2 (x64).
After the update the program won't open. Not by trying to start the program itself, nor by trying to open a document. I can only open the program in safe mode.
I use files in Microsoft 97-2003 format.
OS is Windows10 Home version 21H1

Actual Results:
Nothing happens

Expected Results:
Program or file to open.

I suppose it's a dup from tdf#144598 fixed in next release 7.1.7 and 7.2.2
