Description:
Arrow button clipped & arrows not centered inside the button

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open Impress
2. Sidebar -> Animation tab
3. See the arrow up/down button below the list for adding animation

Actual Results:
Clipped arrow right (and not nicely centered either0

Expected Results:
Non clipped/ centered


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

This was Windows only and is now fine in LO Version: 7.3.0.0.alpha1+ (a0a38b88dc3a61d212d784f41a27f97d9c2d7f32) / Windows.
Might be worth a reverse bibisect.

I wonder if it's Heiko's recent commit that fixed it. I'd assume this was fixed in customanimationspanel.ui, and I don't see any other change there in 7.3.
