Description:
Since my latest update I can only work in the safe mode. I tried with "repair bugs", reinstalled... nothing worked.  

Actual Results:
Starting the programm in normal mode

Expected Results:
nothing

This is fixed in 7.2, and in upcoming 7.1.7.
