Description:
When a pivot table is refreshed, cell formats are also rest. They should remain. Examples that reset include number format and wrap text.  

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a pivot table
2. use average to get values in decimal place
3. set the number of decimals to 1 (.1)
4. refresh table
5. do similar with text wrap

Actual Results:
format resets

Expected Results:
format should hold
