Looks like a graphics processor issue. Since you are on a Windows build of 7.1.6.2, are you using Skia Vulkan rendering, or have you set rendering to Skia raster (aka software) rendering? Done by the checkboxes on the Tools -> Options -> View dialog. And, does issue resolve if you disable both Skia rendering modes (or work in Safe mode)?
