Description:
Rotated textbox added to a calc chart not retaining size and position while saving and reopening
When exporting and opening with MS excel or other compatibile application, the textbox size changes and is to be reworked.
The problem is not observed in other drawing objects inserted.
Insertion of textbox inside a chart crashed LO very many times.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a chart in Calc and insert a text box. Box allows formating thru Character right click context menu
2.Using Position menu (right click) change the rotation as well the font make it Arial bold say
3.All is well. Save it.

Actual Results:
4. Reopen. The position of box is seen displaced to some other position.
5. Redraw another textbox and save it. Opening in MS excel shows the textbox but the length and width are totally altered. Need to rework on the text box by dragging the sides and repositioning it.
6. This is not observed while inserting other drawing objects in the chart.

Expected Results:
Expect textbox to retain size and position on saving and reopening in LO or other xlsx compatible applications

Reproducible: Always

OpenGL enabled: Yes

Seems related to bug 58027, which was marked as dup of 83159, which was marked as dup of 137505, which is marked as fixed.

Actually, I'm not certainly sure if _all_ the problems reported in bug 58027 were fixed.

Created attachment 176162 [details]
Image on Rotated textbox added to a calc chart not retaining size and position

And textboxes and other drawing objects created in LO charts are either not visible or not editable when opened in MS office, onlyoffice, freeoffice, etc

Still waiting for a document instead of a screenshot.
