Description:
Loading a doc with a russian character numbering created in MS Office 2016 shows a list with decimals instead of russian numbers.

Saving an odt with russian numbering as .doc, loses the number style: when the document is loaded it shows no numbers.

Steps to Reproduce:
Loading a doc with a russian character numbering created in MS Office 2016 shows a list with decimals instead of russian numbers.

Saving an odt with russian numbering as .doc, loses the number style: when the document is loaded it shows no numbers.

Actual Results:
DOC EXPORT: Non-English Outline Numbering changes number style as simple digit numbering

Expected Results:
When loading a doc document with Russian numbering, Russian numbering should be shown
