Sample file with various cell borders

When some Excel files are exported to PDF using LibreOffice 7.2.1.2, most of the Excel spreadsheet cell borders do not publish.
Spreadsheet cell borders did export to PDF with LibreOffice 6.4.5.

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED, if the problem persists. Change to RESOLVED WORKSFORME, if the problem went away.
