Works here. Seems there is something wrong in Fedora's packaging.

Arch Linux 64-bit

CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 5.15; UI render: default; VCL: kf5 (cairo+xcb)

Please test with TDF's packages: https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download-libreoffice/

Works for me with Version: 7.5.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community

Well... one year after I'm with LibreOffice 7.4.3.2 on Fedora 37 and now the QR code is OK.

Version: 7.4.3.2 / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 40(Build:2)
CPU threads: 12; OS: Linux 6.0; UI render: default; VCL: kf5 (cairo+xcb)
Locale: pt-PT (pt_PT.UTF-8); UI: pt-PT
Calc: threaded

I don't know which version of LibreOffice brought the QR code to work.
Thank you.
