Copy&Paste does not work sometimes. I have found a work around, I will " clear all formatting" first then it will start to copy and paste again. This problem does not happen with Microsoft excel but it does with LibreOffice .
Please try updating to the latest version from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/
