Description:
When I select an item on the tool bar the Drop Downs are blacked out. Also, an artificial margin is added in the middle of my document, making editing impossible. What did I do wrong?

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on Tool Bar
2.
3.

Actual Results:
Drop down appears, but is Blacked out.

Expected Results:
Be able to read the items in the dropdown

User Profile Reset: Yes

2. If it still happens: Does it happen with every dropdown? Could you perhaps add a screenshot to make the problem more visible?
