Description:
UI: shadow not available in as deck in Writer sidebar

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Draw a shape
3. Search for shadow in sidebar (compare with Draw)

Actual Results:
No shadow deck

Expected Results:
Probably?

Clear -1 from my side. The sidebar must not become a showcase for random functions. Setting a shadow is not a frequent task in Writer. See also bug 136073.
