Upgradind to the latest version

Version: 7.1.6.2 (x64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 0e133318fcee89abacd6a7d077e292f1145735c3
CPU threads: 2; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19043; UI render: default; VCL: win
Locale: fr-CH (fr_CH); UI: fr-FR
Calc: threaded

has been executed without getting any error message but LibreOffice cannot be launched anymore in "Normal" execution mode. Only in "Mode sans échec"!!!

After having unsuccesfully tried to REPAIR the installation, I've uninstalled then reinstalled the whole LibreOffice package but the same problem stil occurs!?!?!?

This is probably Bug 144598, please confirm by installing 7.1.7.
