Description:
I updated LibreOffice today and now it will not start.  I have started in safe mode and disabled the hardware acceleration (open GL, open CL, Vulkan) but this has no effect and the program will still not start.
I am using Windows 10

Actual Results:
Program will not open since I updated to the latest version

Expected Results:
Would like to use the program again as I did before.

You said "latest version" here, but put 7.1.6.2 in the version field.

There is a known bug in 7.1.6 that stops it from starting on computers with old CPUs (bug 144598).  This bug has already been fixed.  Please test 7.1.7.
