Description: For documents that contains comments the print out is scaled down, even if the comments are switched off (are not shown on screen or print). If I move the text w/o comments into a new file the print out is properly scaled. Steps to Reproduce: 1.Create a text 2.Insert comments 3. Save 4. print out or look at the preview Actual Results: all pages (with and without comments) are scaled down and show wide margins around the print out/preview. As if to leave space for comments. Expected Results: all pages shall be printed in normal scale. Comments should be placed left or right of the document Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: Page margins were set to left: 3 cm right: 5 cm top: 2 cm bottom: 2

Unfortunately I could not reproduce the error. When I copied the text unformatted into an empty document and added comments the print was not scaled down.
As far as I can see, this is the expected result. I guess your settings are: Print comments in margin and paper size is A5. So for me it's logic, that if you print on A5 and comment should be printed too, they are part of the print preview and regular text is scaled down. Is this helpful? If you use different settings or comments on first page are not part of print preview, there's a different problem. Please specify it in this case. => NEEDINFO
Yes, Dieter you are right. The setting in the printer is A5. "One fool asks more questions than a thousand wise men may answer." (I just don´t know where it was set to that value, but that´s my turn)
