In LibreOffice 5 an image or shape could be rotated by a float value (e.g. 0.1°). However this is not anymore possible in newer version. Entering a float value like 0.1° treats it as 0°; entering a float value like 0.7° rounds it to 1°. This behaviour should be changed because minor adjustments are an important feature to be supported because one-degree-steps are way to big especially for lare images.
Created attachment 176335 [details] Sample document NOT reproducible with attached sample document and Server Installation of Version7.3.0.0.alpha1+ (x64) | Build ID b8d17d754830ab57099dcdfa72a96bfad404ab1a | CPU threads: 12; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19042; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win | Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI: de-DE | Calc: CL | Special devUserProfile You can rotate the line or trinagle 0,04°, and you will see that after rotation the height of the shape will have increased, it's a real rotation. I think LibO 5 is too outdated to report Bugs depending on that version. But may be reporter's problem depends on something like localization or whatever? I can't tell.
I can not reproduce with Version: 7.4.0.0.alpha0+ / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 4935bb372e3618eca105997c83101aa2b3d422e3 CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 5.11; UI render: default; VCL: x11 Locale: tr-TR (cs_CZ.UTF-8); UI: en-US Calc: threaded Jumbo 0,7° is 0,7° after close and open dialog 0,07° round to 0,10° Please could you test it with dev version? Never reproduced, no more comments by reporter ...
In recent versions this problem did not appear anymore. I tested version 7.3.4.2 explicitly and the angle of an object can be adjusted up to an accuracy of 0.01°.
