Inside tables borders padding cannot be reduced if whole table is selected

Inside tables borders padding cannot be reduced if whole table is selected

In attachement, i have created inside table some borders. The pad of these borders is 10cm.
I must select these specifically - i cannot reduced them to 0cm if whole table is selected.

Imagine to have many inside table borders...
How is possible to manage all them in the same time?

steps to reproduce:

Select only the squared area of inside table with borders.
right click - Table properties --> Borders --> they are 10cm.

Select whole table
right click - Table properties --> Borders --> it is 00cm.

In few steps, how one can manage the padding of all inside table borders?

And if you apply changes to one cell, you can not Repeat (Ctrl+Shift+Y).

I confirm that I can't reduce the padding to 0 for the whole table at once. We have to ask UX team's opinion on how this could be presented.

Each cell has an individual value of 0.00cm, selecting two ends up in 0.10cm. This does not happen for newly created tables. My guess is that you have defined 0.10cm on the table style (APA_PORT_%_0m) but overwrote it with 0. Remove all direct formatting per ctrl+M and check your steps again. The raw data show the same with fo:border-top="0.06pt... fo:border-bottom="0.51pt. So not a bug but we are missing the UI to edit table styles (bug 105933).
