Description Dante Villar 2021-11-27 04:30:09 UTC
Description:
I always have to reset the settings and sometime reverts to A4 by itself. Printed several pages already, used the same settings, but now prints in A4 for no apparent reason.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Just try and print in 8x13in paper size
2. After several successful tries, it changes to A4
3. Wasted a lot of ink and paper already

Actual Results:
Inconsistently prints to different sizes

Expected Results:
Print normally as I have set it.

Reproducible: Always

Which printer are you using? Does this also happen when printing to PDF? Does this still happen with 7.4?

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED, if the problem persists. Change to RESOLVED WORKSFORME, if the problem went away.
