Indent on paragraph should be measured by n-characters not only by n-CMs, because font size maybe changed during editing.

First enable CJK language support: Tools > Options... dialog, Language Settings > Languages page, Default Languages for Documents section, check "Asian" box. Then enable using character as unit: Same options dialog, LibreOffice Writer > General page, Settings section, check "Enable char unit" box. But this feature does not adapt to change of font size *after* setting the number of characters. So the user needs to adjust indent again if he/she changes font size of already indented paragraph.
