The display is broken in some languages.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. See help page. (https://help.libreoffice.org/7.3/ja/text/swriter/main0103.html)


Actual Results:
We can see the red string
"D'oh! You found a bug (text/shared/01/03010000.xhp#zoom_text not found)."

Expected Results:
Expected to see a brief description.

It seems to occur in many languages other than Japanese.

For example : zh-TW, ko, vi, en-ZA, bs, sid, om, km, gu, dz
