Description:
Text not wrapping (going behind image) when image moved certain way

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Select the light blue image on page 1
3. Press arrow up until it reaches top of page 1 (image on page 2 moves up to page 1)
4. Press Arrow down 6 times
5. Notice "Cras sodales nisl sed orci mattis iaculis." landing behind the blue image

Actual Results:
Text behind image

Expected Results:
Not so


Reproducible: Always

This was bibisected to the same commit as bug 148897. Now the first Down arrow press moves the dark blue rectangle to the second page and no content seems to be behind it.
