Compressing an cropped image changes image size when compressing to JPG (fine with PNG)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file (look at the part of the filename visible on the image)
2. Right click the image
3. Compress (look again)

Actual Results:
More text is visble

Expected Results:
Same image area
