Description:
Open the document with 2 images. Go to Insert - Table of Contents - Table of Figures.

After insertion try to edit that Index. The index is gone, just the title is remaining. The same is happening with Index of Tables, BUT NOT with Table of Contents (here I can edit the Index and is not disaperaing)

I tried with attachment from bug https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=141651 from comment 10 and the Index could be edited on the same computer and LibreOffice version. What is different? Why I can not edit my new index? Have something changed in the code of the new inserted Indexes?

On Windows I can edit that index, but is not updated with the changes I made.

Can't confirm problems in Windows. I can edit index (changes are displyed) and I can also update index (after insert of a new image)
