Video capture showing the problem

Suppose you have a 4 rows by 3 columns table in Impress and you applied some formatting to the last row. So when you go to the last cell in the table (cell 4, 3) and press Tab, a new row will be inserted. It is expected that the new row will have the same formatting as the previous row.

This is (almost) done in Impress. Formatting is copied as expected, except for the first column, which gets applied an unexpected formatting (see attached video).

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open the sample ODP file
2) Click in the last cell in the table (row 4, column 3)
3) Press Tab to insert a new row
4) Enter values in the three columns of the new row
5) Notice that the formatting in the first column is lost; the second and third columns retain the formatting as expected

Additional Info
---------------
a) Same problem in DRAW
b) Same problem with insert row at any place, middle row of 5,
   above first row ...
c) also other insert row / column actions cause strange format effects
c1 example: in reporter's sample document 'click behind "B" → Rightclick →
   Insert → column behind'
     » Row inserted
   Type a "c"
» will be inserted als listing
