Video capture showing the problem

Suppose you have a 5 x 5 table in Impress and you select it and try to resize column widths and row heights with the mouse.

It is possible to achieve this for all columns/rows, except for the first column and first row.

For instance, suppose you want to resize the first column by dragging the external left border to the right (as shown in the attached video). Although the mouse cursor changes accordingly, dragging the border will not result in resizing.

I could use the right border to resize the first column, but it would not retain the size of the second column. So resizing the first column using the right border is not a good solution because I would then have to manually resize all columns since they would all lose their original width, one by one.

The same problem happens with the first row when I try to increase row height (see video as well). Decreasing row height works (without showing any preview), but increasing height does not work.

Another triager alerted me to this: this is not a regression. I tried with 5.0, 3.5, 3.3 and it is there. Triager said it is in 6.0.
