Description:
1. Opens up normally to Recent Files page, where nothing works
2. Cannot create writer doc or spreadsheet
3. can not open file
4. Ran Repair ](re-installed)
5. No improvement

Steps to Reproduce:
1. use microsoft office instead
2.
3.

Actual Results:
click icon to make app work (from start menu, desktop, or taskbar -- all same

Expected Results:
Got normal "Recent Files" page

Expected to be able to open  file either a new one or one from list.  Completely Dead.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes



Additional Info:
Should open files.
If not, the thing is useless

The reported problem probably is a problem with your particular installation (User Profile?), not a general LibO problem.
