Description:
I use Libre Office on a Surface 7 tablet pc with Windows 10. When I touch in a document to begin writing I do not get the up the on screen keyboard. I have to use a usb-keyboard to get it to work. Is it possible to fix it?

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Touch the screen in Writer to start typing with on screen keabord
2.

Actual Results:
Nothing happens

Expected Results:
On screan keyboard should be displayed.


Reproducible: Always

And if you run the On Screen Keyboard directly?

<Win>+<Ctrl>+O

Toggle works for me with other Win10 touch screen/tablets for entry in LibreOffice.
