Description: UI: Slide panel to small by default (vertical visible) and horizontal scrollbar masking slide thumbnail Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Impress (safe-mode) 2. Notice the slide-panel being to small (and also showing vertical visible by default?) Actual Results: Horizontal and vertical sidebar visible Expected Results: No horizontal sidebar (panel should have default with enough space) No vertical sidebar until scrollbar being necessary (but can be argued about); me disliking window resizing a lot (by appearance/disappears of scrollbar) Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: Version: 7.4.0.0.alpha0+ (x64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 7e5af164b7d293dd410710bed411e1ca64bbecf7 CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 6.3 Build 9600; UI render: default; VCL: win Locale: nl-NL (nl_NL); UI: nl-NL Calc: threaded

Hmm... can't confirm with same 8 Dec 2021, TB77 master on Windows 10. Version: 7.4.0.0.alpha0+ (x64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 7e5af164b7d293dd410710bed411e1ca64bbecf7 CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19043; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: en-US (en_US); UI: en-US Calc: CL How are you bringing up the scrollbars for the slide/page preview? Default profile opens both the Impress slide pane and the Draw page pane without the scrollbars. If I shrink the vertical size of the app frame I can expose the vertical scrollbar--but I cannot expose the horizontal scroll bar as the minimum width of the slide/page preview pane can not be reduced narrower than fully showing the slides. Even with the vertical scroll bar the slides are reduced the extra width needed to hold the scrollbar.
I'm not seeing this either, can you re-test? Version: 7.5.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 651658d37bcb3f493942dd5d0b9a0d65c96f105c CPU threads: 2; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19044; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: fi-FI (fi_FI); UI: en-US Calc: threaded Jumbo

Ah :) But we still support even Windows 7 and based on the market share I think we have to keep supporting it for a couple of years.
Cannot reproduce with either safe mode or normal mode.
