When I use Arabic layout almost all format shortcuts works except Bold (Ctrl+B) I don't know why maybe just missed. I test it in writer, clac, impess & draw. Reporter, you may reopen if you can answer my question in the positive.
I found a way to reproduce this bug. I am using kde desktop, so I install libreoffice-kf5 as UI engine. The problem in libreoffice-kf5 becuase when I remove it and install libreoffice-gtk3 the problem is gone. To test the problem use kde desktop and libreoffice-kf5.
