Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Scroll to last page

Actual Results:
Partly image

Expected Results:
Full visible image

I can confirm, that the image is not visible.

The example file has a structure, that is not supported by current LibreOffice.

Do you know, how the file was created and from what source?
The <draw:custom-shape> has type "ooxml-rectangle". That likely means, that MS Office is involved.

Well this is copy/paste file to new document from attachment 176550 [details] (bug 145929) which is an DOCX export done with 7.4 of attachment 163473 [details] (bug 145929)

And well see also bug 146272 which being more or less the same (used the same file/same images), except it was bibisectable. No clue if there is some connection

Telesto, please retest this bug, the image from the last page is full visible now.
