Description:
Undo for clear formatting (not clear direct formatting) breaks numbering

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open the attached file
2. CTRL+A
3. Clear formatting (paragraph style box)
4. CTRL+Z

Actual Results:
Multi-level numbering gone

Expected Results:
Should be restored


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

10. Open Smaple document "ssq2e3.odt" in WRITER
   » you see contents with complex multi level numbering
11. <ctral+a> to select all contents
12. in Formatting Styles Toolbar in Paragraph Style Dropdown change 
    (from "Heading 1") to "Default Paragraph Style 
   » All paragraph related styles changed to "Default"
14. Undo (does not matter whether you use <ctrl+z> or Icon Or Menu 'Edit Undo')
   » Expected: looks as in step 10
     Actual: Numbering and other styles messed up or lost

b) Query <https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/buglist.cgi?cmdtype=dorem&remaction=run&namedcmd=DUPs146284&sharer_id=19321> shows some possibly related Bugs

b1) To me this one seems more or less the same like "Bug 139376 - Heading numbering style changed after clear paragraph formatting followed by undo"?

c) I wonder whether it's correct that also character formatting is affected 
   from "Reset Formatting" in _Paragraph_ Formatting Dropdown

d) The sample document has some very particular structure ...
