add character shading value to ODT filters
The attribute is only exported for ODF versions > 1.2; use the new
loext (LO_EXT) namespace.

Reproduced with:

Version: 7.4.0.0.alpha0+ / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 06ac18e6302d666c363740644a7976e8c22d1113
CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 5.4; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: en-AU (en_AU.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

The character(s) that move depend on how zoomed in the document is.
I was able to see the movement in the first two lines that have text highlighted in attachment 176984 [details]

Screencast

Walking through different bug recent master including commit for bug 144862

A) Modes: ClassicInspired/ Layout Readability
Behave the same: screencast showing ClassicInspired. Overlapping glyphs (at the end of the line) for different zoom levels & still wiggling

B) Mode Layout
No overlapping glyph, but wiggling glyphs

But well mixed with highlighting so maybe RSID breaking text portions & making kerning impossible glyph (bug 146078)
