Tried to reproduce on macOS 11.6.2 and did not run into trouble installing german language pack file for LO 7.2.4.1. @Walter: Could it be that you still had LibreOffice dmg still mounted? The error message is complaining about /Volumes/LibreOffice/LibreOffice.app/ which would suggest it is finding LibreOffice.app not in your programs folder (expected) but as mounted volume (unexpected). Try unmounting the LO dmg and then retry language pack installation.
