Description:
Increasing/Decreasing show sublevel in Chapter Dialog introduced separation points, while numbering being disabled

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Tools -> Chapter Numbering
3. Go to say Level 4
4. Scroll show sublevel up/down.. and look at the preview

Actual Results:
Dots are introduced in the preview (and the actual document)

Expected Results:
Changing sublevel shouldn't introduce points with numbering disabled
