Description:
Export PDF exports a page size 20,99 cm instead of 21 cm (A4)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 176934 [details]
2. Export to PDF
3. Open with PDF viewer

Does not happen with empty page. File is from bug 146233

Actual Results:
20,99

Expected Results:
21
