Description:
in Calc the "data range" in "chart" only uses absolute addresses. adding rows causes the data ranges to be wrong. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. insert chart
2. edit data range
3. chart changes addresses to absolute 
4. add a row in the data range.
5 now chart range is wrong and every chart must be hand corrected.

Actual Results:
chart ranges are wrong

Expected Results:
chart range should self adjust with non absolute addresses
