Description:
I am trying to create an X-Y chart and no matter what options I pick I cannot form one.  Also, if you choose a different chart type, then X-Y plot, you get different broken X-Y plots offered!

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new spreadsheet and enter a simple table of labels and X and Y values like this:
NAME	AGE	SCORE
Deirde	10	50
Anne	12	60
Billy	11	58
Chris	9	52

2. Highlight the table and either select Insert Chart or click on the Insert Chart button on the toolbar (either does the same thing).

3.  Choose a Chart Type of X-Y(Scatter).  You will see the proposed chart is not an X-Y plot.

4.  Click on Next and change the default and incorrect 'Data series in columns' to 'Data series in rows'.  You will see the data items plotted against values of 1 or 2.

5.  Click on Next and see there are 4 series, not one.

6.  Try removing the extra series and make one, correct, X-Y series.  You will need to manually change the Name, add the X-values (which should have been filled in for you), correct the Y-values range and correct the Data labels range.



Actual Results:
If you DO manually change it from 'Data series in columns' to 'Data series in rows' you will get two plots of points, NOT an X-Y plot.

If you do NOT change manually change it from 'Data series in columns' to 'Data series in rows' you will get two plots of points, one lot of ages against '1' and one lot of scores against '2', NOT an X-Y plot of scores against ages.

Expected Results:
I expected to see an X-Y plot of scores against ages, ideally making it clear which point relates to which name.

Additional Info:
Transpose the table of data so that it is in columns instead of rows.  The X-Y plot still does not work.

I can see the same behaviour in LibreOffice 6.0

For extra weirdness:

1. Create the table of values as above.

2. Highlight the table and select Insert Chart.  Choose a Chart Type of X-Y (Scatter).  You will see the proposed chart is not an X-Y plot.

3. Choose a Chart Type of Bubble, let it show the proposed chart, then select X-Y (Scatter) again.  You will see the proposed chart IS an X-Y plot, but with a data point in the legend!

5. Choose a Chart Type of Column, let it show the proposed chart, then select X-Y (Scatter) again.  It goes back to an incorrect pair of plots.

Also, one one occasion when I tried this, by selecting X-Y, then Bubble, then X-Y, then going through the Next options, the X-Y plot Data Series included a Bubble Sizes series!
