Description Mike 2021-12-29 18:57:19 UTC
Description:
Writer version is from LibreOffice_7.1.8_Win_x64.msi

Used a Word (*.doc, NOT *.docx) file with 30 pages containing some web links and saved it as *.odt --> fine
Added a footer with variables "filename", "date" (d.m.yyyy), "page" and "numpages". When I click on close footer, Writer immediately crashes.
Upon restart of Writer, it offers me to restore the lates file version (which then contains NO footer).
Editing footer again leads to the same crash.

Steps to Reproduce:
See description above

Actual Results:
Writer crashes in: SalInstanceTreeView::get_drag_source()
Unfortunately after searching for the crashcode in bugzilla (followed the shown link), I now don't know where to find the uploaded crashlog.
If you check for module name and date 29.12.2021 approx. 19:45 o'clock you should be able to see 2 crashlogs from my Writer.

Expected Results:
Expected to continue using Writer, being able to edit the file.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No
