Description:
FILEEXPORT DOC/DOCX: tab stop position changes 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file (source bug 142323)
2. Export to DOCX/DOC 
3. File reload (notice the change in layout_
4. Format -> Paragraph Tabs.. compare ODT/with DOCX/DOC

Actual Results:
Different tap stops an different rel

Expected Results:
Same?


Reproducible: Always
